Gday everybody, :)
For sale I have a 8x50 Erecting Illuminated Finder Scope (famous Japanese model).
I got it for my C11 but never used it. It's time someone fully enjoys it, because it's a beautiful, beautiful finder scope!
It's construction is all aluminium, and it corrects the image so that objects appear in correct up/down and left/right orientation, as if being viewed with the naked eye or binoculars. It is a great aid when finding objects, especially when using star charts.
It also has a brightness adjustable red LED that illuminates the reticle so that it is easy to see when very dark - another great aid for finding these faint fuzzies!
In addition, the reticle is marked in 1 degree increments and uses a center bubble so as to not cover the object when placed in the center of the field of view.
Focus is fully adjustable.
It comes with a metal mounting bracket which surprisingly does not fit the standard syntha type. It is no big deal as one would most probably attach it to its current finder bracket.
The batteries for the LED are included. Also comes woth caps on both ends.
I am asking $165 + shipment. (It retails new for $200+)
I will ship Australia wide.
Paypal, Direct Deposit.
PM only please.
Thanks for looking.
