I doubt they'd get away with it around cities in Australia .. aircraft/airspace restrictions ..

I guess it might work out in the country areas, though.

Interstingly, Joseph Kittinger (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joseph_Kittinger) jumped out of his ballon at 102,800 feet (in 1960).

Can you imagine what that must've felt like ??
