It won't even rate a mention down here :sadeyes:

Channel Nine News tonight had yesterdays AFL Grand Final as the main story only minutes after the NRL Grand Final was finished on the same channel.

Then they happened to do a small 30 second story about the NRL Grand Final in the Sports section at the end of the News. :mad2:

Hi All,

As a fair-weather Roosters supporter it was all somewhat disappointing in the end, though they had a very good back-end to the season overall.

I thought we did okay in the first half but the Steelers played faultless league in the second half Well done Illawarra ! :thumbsup:

Les, I reckon the Chooks did a marvelous thing, coming from last position all the way up to a Grand Final. No-one can take that away from them.

And it's the Dragons! Not the Steelers ;) :rofl:

Now come on Ken who are we kidding here ?? We all know the senior partner of the joint venture here was the Illawarra Steelers who bailed St George out and gave them a dedicated supporter-base, a proper home with a proper stadium to play in down at the 'gong rather than that stone-age park they used to use at Carlton ...
