Astronomik filters are widely used by the astro community - Especially as they have created the EOS clip in filter system for Canon Astrophotographers.
I don't have experience with them myself as I use Ba'ader filters, but can definitely recommend them.

I've used the UHC filter and can confirm its an excellent quality filter. It provides a significant contrast boost - planetaries and nebulae really jump out at you. I haven't got the OIII but am considering it.
The UHC filter is definitely an improvement over other brand UHC I have used.

They are as good as or better than any filters available on the market and in many cases much cheaper too
Are you looking to use them for visual only or also for imaging?

Hi Mark,
I own those 3 filters in both 1.25" format and 2" format. As Mike said they are as good as anything on the market. Highly recommended.
Cheers,

I own a UHC-E in 1.25" format and find it brilliant for bright Nebulae's. They are also very easy to clean without scrathing them.
Cheers!
