I have heard that the channel 7 & 10 consortium won the AFL broadcast rights from 2007 to 2011 for $780 million. That means no more 'objective' commentery from Eddie Maguire to ruin this great game and Foxtel will now only get 3 games a week rather than the 4 under channel Eddie's offer. :lol:

Wow big news , what a truimph for network 7 , so long it deosnt affect free to air coverage im happy ....along with West Coast {and East Perth}taking the flag this season :)
