TONIGHT

'LIVE' Astrocast presentations from the Lunar and Planetary Institute, NASA Goddard, NASA Ames and selected Amatuer Astronomers will be streamed online for the whole world to see.

Starting late this afternoon AEST the Moon will be broadcast by Amatuer Astronomers around the world.

Starting with John in New Zealand, then me (weather permitting), then onto a chap in Pakistan etc etc, around the Globe.

Hope to see some of you in there

Yeah, some people couldn't get on to the broadcasts.

The traffic was heavier than expected as people all around the world tuned in to watch. It is about to get worse too as the USA wakes up for the day. :eyepop:

Unfortunately it is still raining here so I wasn't able to Broadcast. I went in and watched like everyone else.

Shut down for the night.

He is using a 22" f4 Dob with a Mallincam.

Here are a few screen captures - not too shabby for a single frame broadcast around the world throught umteen computers!
