Mizar mmd-qz

My first telescopemount was driven by the MMD-QZ. In spring I gave away the mount the the local astronomy club, so their Coronado scope could track the Sun.
Unfortunately the president pluged a netdevice to the mount, with wrong polarity. This killed a TC5036AP on the PCB.
Do anyone know about a diagram for the motordrive?
