First satellite for the new European Galileo navigation program was launched into orbit this week. The program is civilian controlled and will once completed have 30 satellites and end Europes reliance on the US militaries GPS sytem . Its expected to be more exact and precise then the GPS system.

Hmmff. One satellite does not a navigation system make....:P I'm not all that sure that it's a good idea to have civillian control of something that enables such effortless guidance of missiles etc. :confuse3:

Now lets see... Civillians or Millitary...
Which one is more likely to use it for missiles? :confuse3:

I'm going to stop now. But I am thinking of a lot more I could say. ;)

Woops. I said I'd stop.

OK.

Nup not yet.
