hi guys,

here is a shot of jupiter from the night of 19th.
seeing was not perfect, but fine enough for some pics.
visual observation was stunning though!
here in the high north (48° lat) we have to wait until jupiter
climbs up again - instead of surrent 36° - we'd like to see him at 63° (-: elevation.

data:
9" f/9 folded TMB apo @f/22.5 using 2.5 powermate
DMK 21AF04 with astronomik RGB filterset.
25 seconds each channel.

hope you enjoy ! :)

Dietz, nice images. I have forgotten what good seeing now looks like. Thanks for the reminder.

Nice shots Dietmar. And the 2 images allow a lovely 3D view as well :D

thank you guys!
the two images actually differ in time a bit.
you can tell that when looking for the position of the GRS.
