How do I go about putting a picture in my message index?

What do you mean Orion....adding a picture to a post or PM message...is that what you mean?

If so just click on the browse button beside attach file and search for your picture on your hard drive.....

Or if you have FTP program where you have files saved on your own web page......just click on the IMG button above once then type your web link then click on the the IMG button again....thats it...

I don't think thats what Orion means. I think Ed wants to put a pic in his signature. If so you need to ask Mike, sorry I don't know, but if I have got it totally wrong and you want to post a pic to a reply or when you are starting a thread then Tony was correct.

I would like to know how to add a picture to my post...

I've tried a cople of times and I can not get it to work...

It is a bit simple I am sure but a step by step would be helpful...

firstly where is your picture or pictures you want to post......on your hard drive or on some web space page.

picture from my computer on my hard drive...for simplicity I will say on my desktop but it could be another folder...

As long as you know where the picture is......just click on the browse button below beside the attach File....then its just a matter of going to the drive/folder/picture you want to upload to the post.......once found click on open and now the file link will be displayed in the empty box beside Browse.....all you need to do then is to click on submit reply.......

give it a go......then we may have to show you how to reduce picture file size to under 70kb's...but give it a go first.
