Fairy Falls Track

Hi everyone, inspired in particular by H's spectacular vistas I have been experimenting with some landscape photography lately, and thought I might as well post a couple of the results here.

This is an image of Fairy Falls Track in the Waitakere Ranges west of Auckland. The track leads through lush forest with many large ferns and Kauris, and on this particular stretch the path was covered with fallen fern leaves which provided a nice contrast to all the green. The image is a HDR blend of three different shots processed with Photomatix Pro.
