Meade ETX125EC Computer controlled telescope.
Has not been used since being serviced and collimated by Bintel Sydney (note, there were no repairs just a routine check-up).
Comes with the following standard Meade accessories:
· Meade Tripod in Meade Tripod Bag
· Autostar controller
· AC Adapter
· Meade series 4000 26mm super Plossl eyepiece
· Meade 1.25inch diagonal
· Instruction Manuals
Also included are the following non-standard accessories and goodies:
1. 50 Lessons on ETX Premier Edition – PC and Mac CD Rom unopened and still in shrinkwrap – paid $60 for this alone
2. Meade Aluminium Case to hold scope and accessories – this cost me over $325 on its own.
3. ETX Smart Caddy – holds the Austostar and eyepieces on the tripod
4. Meade 45degree erect-image roof prism for ETX – I paid $65 for this
5. Meade 8 X 25 mm right angle viewfinder
6. Meade Vibration isolation pads for tripod – these cost $69.95
7. Inca Lens Pen LP1 – paid $18
8. Bintel ND96-0.9 filter
9. Red LED light for preserving night adapted vision
10. The ETX Telescope Guide Third Edition by Dr Lilian Hobbs
11. An additional 18mm Ortho full-coated eyepiece
12. Foldable Dew Shield
13. Mini spirit level/compass – for ease of set-up.
This entire set-up cost almost $3,000 to put together. It has been very well cared for and carefully handled.
