I have a legal green laser pointer (with appropriate certificate from ASSA) and the switch only works intermittently. Anyone know who could repair them?

No but while we are on the subject. I have a 10mW green laser that only works if it's warm up first. Usually keep it under arm pit to keep it warm. When it's cold it vaguely shines red and as it warms goes green.

Hi Charles,
I had a similar problem with one of my green lasers before. Turns out it I needed a different brand of battery as the one I had for some reason would disconnect from it's circuit!
Have you tried another battery?

I've tried 3 different brands with mixed success. With a fresh set of batteries, it might work OK for a while (10 mins or so) and then start 'playing up'. The main effect is the light shines correctly for a fraction of second and then goes out or very dim. mbaddh, what brand did you eventually settle on?
Strange about yours, Adrian:shrug:

It is very strange. I have 2 lasers (50mW and a 10mW) 50 is OK just goes thru batteries like I own a battery factory but the 10 needs to be warmed up first, if the case feels cold it wont work except its red to start but as it gets warmer it turns green.
