Moon and 4 planets, 15 July 2010

Hi all,

Another cloud-free evening in Brisbane today, so I took the opportunity to capture the Moon and planets. I was just able to get Mercury before it set behind the trees! Image taken at about 6 pm. Hopefully it will be similar weather in a months time, when the planets are closer together...

Saw the Moon a few nights ago and stayed later in town to try and capture the same last evening.... %#@*&##% batteries :lol:.

I'm going to try again tonight from the bridge.

Yes, nicely done Steve. Have been looking out for the return of Mercury, but still pretty low. Great to have 4 planets in a shot. :thumbsup:
