Hi all, this image captured with Canon 20Da, 24mm f1.4L @ f2.8, 18 x 3 minute exposures, iso 1600. Stacked in DSS and processed in Photoshop. This was my third attempt at processing in Photoshop, as the others ended up with too much contrast IMO. Hope you like this one.
Comments welcome.

Thanks Trevor, I am still trying to work out if it's too much contrast and I pushed it a bit much.

Hi Lester
Well, what a change in focal length for you, from over 3 ½ metres down to 24mm!
The photo is nicely composed but I think that it seems to be suffering from compression in trying to cram so much detail into less that 200Kb.
Cheers

Thanks for your comments Dennis. I have done a repro of this image and think this is better than the first.

That's a nice image Lester - I think the contrast looks quite good as well! You need to get a web site (eg. pbase) so that we can see these in greater detail.

Thanks David and Luis for your comments. I do store my images in photobucket, but have only been keeping them at the same size, eg 1000 pixels wide.
What size to others store their images in Photobucket?
Thanks.

How is this, image is 506kbs. I added slightly to the contrast in the mid leavels.

Nice one Lester. Great colors and details. IMHO keep the contrast of the first one, just bump up saturation alone and you'll have best of both worlds.
