I went four wheel driving with a cousin today, which gave me access to a hidden treasure deep in the Brindabella mountains.
We finally got into the river a bit late and the light was extremely low. We had to use a torch to get out.
The one shot I got off was a 30 second exposure at ISO 100 f8, 18mm.
I think I'll go back and do it again with a bit more light.

Nothing wrong with that shot. :)
Oooh, that looks a really nice spot. :)
Lovely image Baz.
there's some good trout fishing in that river, not that I've ever caught one.

Looks nice Baz. I think you got the light just right - the 30 sec exposure gives nice streaks in the water, which would be more difficult if the light was much brighter.
Cheers,
Stephen

Nice shot. Lovely rendition of the granite, lichen and cassurina colours. You'd be pretty happy with that shot I expect.
PS. Is that close to where Flea Ck comes in? That big rock in the centre of the river seems vaguely familiar. :campfire::fishing:

Think I would have cut off the bottom 15%. The tree is a cracker wonderful twists. Good shot. :)

A very nice spot by the looks of it, and a nice image too
I would somewhat darken/under-expose and slightly increase contrast, and perhaps even add some vignetting. I think doing all that adds a lot more mood to it and brings out the colours more without it becoming over saturated.
Oh, and I agree with Ian - I would crop some of the bottom.
