A return to university is seeing some hobbies hit the backburner to help with the finances. Unfortunately some quality macro gear has to go. All of these items were bought new only a year ago and have been well looked after. All prices include postage.

Canon EF 180mm F3.5mm L USM - (sold) very sharp, great image quality. Provides 1:1 magnification despite the focal length. Performs best with a tripod or flash. Comes with the original caps, lens hood, case, instructions and box in the photo below. Also included is the 72m protective UV filter. Canon date code: UU0707. Selling for $1300.

Canon MP-E 65mm F2.8 1-5x - at the other end of macro photography compared to the 180mm. Strictly designed for close up macro work, it is a manual lens. Comes with the caps, box, instructions, and a Pro1 Digital UV filter. Canon date code: UX0701. Selling for $900.

Canon Macro Twin Lite MT-24 EX - top of the range macro flash. It can attach to all canon EF macro lenses. The 180mm requires an adapter, but I'll throw this in free. There is only a stock photo below; it comes with a padded case, box and instructions. Selling for $700

Manfrotto 454 sliding plate. Good for macro work (stacking), comes with instructions. Selling for $110

Thanks for looking, Ian :)

Ian, if only this had come up a couple of weeks ago, I would have bought the lot, just went out and purchased all that gear new, recently, and at a much inflated price i might add.

Geeez Leon, that's bad timing all round! Hope you have fun with the new gear - I'm sure you will.

If anybody is interested in buying all the Canon gear, I'd be happy to take $100 off the total cost. Or $50 off for buying two of the canon items.

Regards, Ian

I've reduced the prices for the two lenses and flash. The prices in the original post have been edited.
