eric, attached is a skippy sky cloud forecast.(for 10m fri 9th july)..it is good in the mroning but the cloud increases into the afternoon-night :sadeyes:

Well, it was good for a while.... closed in at about 9.30, with only occasional glimpses of stuff after that.

Brilliant to have an intending astronomer turn up, to investigate everything. With a 'new' eye at the eyepiece, its always grouse to hear 'Wow...look at that.....!!'

And the coffee and company was tops!
