Very nice Peter. Lots of dusty/gassy stuff up there and this combo sure shows it up well.

Typical high quality look there Peter, has a nice expansive look.
The whole mozaic will be a sight for sure, good luck.
Your Ayres Rock moon lit landscape series is untouchable by the way ;)

Thanks guys....
I didn't really want to do this project with the FSQ, but unfortunately Astro-Physics are dragging their heels in getting a TCC/STX adapter to market...
That said...given the weather, big patches of sky at once may not be a bad thing! :)

Thanks Mike....but 'The man' is quite inscrutable! I thought my revamped Keyhole image was a contender. :(
I went to the rock on a whim as I was totally cheezed off with Sydney's weather.... infact it rained at the rock as well.
Literally on our last day there I got up at 3:30am looked out the hotel window. It was clear, but I was sorely tempted to just go back to bed. Glad I didn't! :)

Ah, this the view I like. NGC6188 just goes hand in hand with the Lagoon and the Trifid. Any ideas when the colour version will be ready? Certainly looking forward to seeing it finished.
