Hi.

Last week I took a couple of trips up the road from work to the Gore Hill Cemetary at St. Leonards.

On the 14/12/2005 I went at lunchtime, the sun was high and bright but still got some nice shots, and I went back on the morning of the 16/12/2005 when the Sun was just after rising and this time I also used a graduated tobacco filter.

I've spent the last few days whittling down to my favourites, and I tried some extra post-processing on these in photoshop, including various masks, saturation and filtering.

Overall i'm very happy with the results, some of my best photos to-date I think, and interesting subjects too.

Appreciate your comments.

Taken with the 350D and standard 18-55 lens. Various exposures and apertures.

The first lot here is from the 14th.

I'm starting to have grave doubts about you Mike...I must admit to having a few graveyard images myself. :face:

Quite true Phil, but you must give him credit, he stopped to smell the daiseys. Very artistic Mike. The worst part of all this is that he went back, just couldn't get enought first time around!!
