Well the clouds parted, the sky was still and I got the images I needed. In between having dinner at our friends around the corner from my observatory at Clayton. Each time I took an image I had to race home and take the shot and then race back to the dinner. Our hosts did not mind as they thought this event was fabulous and of course they know I am the mad monk at Clayton.

I am pretty happy with the images and this final data set. Please scroll down the page to see all the images.

They look great Paul. You really get the sense of the Earth's shadow moving across the moon.:)

My wife asked me if anyone had arranged their images to show the shape and size of the Earth's shadow, and I see that it is too late to work on the project myself, even if I was able to get enough cloud unaffected images.

Well done Paul, in execution and presentation.
