from the pics I saw it is a vixen great polaris.

what type of tripod legs does it have (Al or wood)?

what type of motor drive (single / dual axis - vixen orig or 3rd party drives)/hand controller does it have?

This does appear rather inexpensive for such kit.if it was the SS2K,

But after having a look at the photos,it appears its only the MT 1 motors with DD1 controller,this cannot be opperated via PC,the SS2K can and it usually costs 600 to 700 second hand( I Know I just bought one),hope this helps Daniel

The legs are aluminium with dual axis motors & hand controller both 3rd party. Yes hotspur for the scope only that would be a fair price however it does come complete with University Optics eyepieces & full Vixen mount & tripod. The price is right.
