Hi all,

Here's the ISS passing Crux as it entered the Earth's shadow this evening, as viewed from my backyard in Brisbane. (5 x 15 sec exposures with tripod-mounted K100D and 18-50mm lens @ 25mm, f/5.6, 800 iso; stacked in DSS, with darks subtracted). It was a nice bright pass, with a predicted mag of -3.0. Anyone else see it?

Cheers,
Stephen

Glad you got to see it Adrian!

Thanks Chris. Sometimes the bamboo gets in the way, but I guess it adds a bit of foreground interest in this shot

Thanks Adam!

Stephen
