There are some filters from IDAS (http://www.sciencecenter.net/hutech/idas/type4.htm) or Astrodon (http://www.astrodon.com/products/filters/near-infrared/) that work like RGB but in near IR giving false colors. IDAS has one line about planetary imaging, Astrodon is "DS only". Did someone tried something like this on planets? Or maybe there is NIR DS geek that can meet some local planetary geek and check this out? :)
