i had a break in the bad weather last night and have been waiting to give my new w/o megarez72 a try also my new cooled 40d first light for both,guiding wasnt brilliant i think its a balance problem focus could also be better but anyway this 1hr 20x3min shots darks flats ,also my first attempt all processed in pixinsight.

Very nice shot. But, I thing you should do a little process around the sky because it is little to bright but it is beautiful image.

Great shot Alan. Colors are spot on. You've captured stacks of dust too. Bit stretched maybe but that's personal taste. Nice one. :thumbsup:

thanks franck,mark,paul could do a bit more processing maybe in the sky b/gound as franck has suggested .paul not sure how to load a lgr version i no its around here somewhere.thanks for looking

Nice image Alan but I think it could do with a bit of a contrast boost to lift the nebulas a bit above the background.

Nice wide field of view - they both fit in there with room to spare!
Did you use a field flattener with the WO 72?

Hi moon yes i did used a w/o 0.8field flattener series 3
seems to work ok .
