Believe it or not .. that horse is an absolutely normal looking animal, but if you watch him he rubs his chin on any spot that mite be itchy and if you start scratching it he goes through various stages of contortion before he finally reaches this state of bliss ..:lol: . Ive actually got pictures of the sequence .. This particular day was my daughters 16th and she had a few friends over and they went down the paddock, I followed with the camera. I had told her about (and tried my best to duplicate) the antics this horse goes thru if you scratch an itchy spot and so when I spotted him showing her where to scratch I told her to scratch it and watch him .. Well as you can see in the photo, they were laughing themselves stupid at the faces and contortions Rossco the horse was pulling as was I, and then I remembered I had the camera. Thanks for the comments
I love all the photo's.
But that poor little dog who was bitten by the bee!!! I hope he felt better quickly.

Yep -he was feeling pretty sorry for himself - but soon shrank back to normal size after we bundled him off to the vet!
I dont think he ever bothered ANY flying insects again though.
