For some reason my DMK21 is saving avi atm with a frame size of 720x480 and not 640x480.
What settings in IC Capture do I need to change to get it back to normal?
PHD shows correct images

It's the Codec. Make sure it's Y800.
I hate it when that happens and I haven't realised, especially in good seeing.

Thanks Mike. Yeah I've worked it out now  Thanks. It seems to happen randomly and too many times. I think I'll save my settings configuration and get into the habit of loading the config everytime I open.
And they looked to be such good Ha solar shots too. :(

It seems to happen with Ic Capture fails to close properly (crashes etc). Then it'll default to the wrong driver/codec.

You can use virtual dub to force the size back to 640x480 - i've done that at times for data I didn't want to throw away.

What I've done now is to hook up the DMK21 and set it to my own "default" settings and saved the configuration. I then did the same with the DBK31. So now when I start up the first thing I'll do it load the appropriate configuration. No more having to worry about checking codex etc.

I've been looking at VD to do that but haven't worked out how. Unfortunately I've ditched the Avi

Ha, snap, we both must be getting old. I got the DMK out, your old one, LOL, and didn't check the Codec. Doh, Digital Video or something crazy that Registax wouldn't play with.
Ran the AVI's through VDub, and then Registax. Seeing wasn't up to it anyway, but now I know about checking the Codec I won't forget. Well until the next time anyway.
