Comet C/2009 R1 McNaught

Hi all,
Comet C/2009 R1 McNaught is getting brighter, here is a B&W image i took on Saturday morning.

It is currently at mag 7.8 - 8.0 and near the Great Square of Pegasus in the morning skies!
It's worth a look although it shows no tail.

There's a wee bit of a ducks tail showing I think. A nice capture. If the weather holds out I'll be setting up this arvo and will turn the scope to this one. Thanks.

I agree, there is a slight extension to the NW, West is up and South is left on my piccy, worth a geeze but you'll need to be up at around 4 - 4:30am and looking east to see it! :thumbsup:
