Taken on Friday night (temp got down to a whopping 4 degrees) using the GSO 10" RC, QHY-9 (with dealer supplied colour filters) and tracked on a losmandy G-11. Guiding done with MaximDL and Lodestar on an Orion APEX 102 (102mm mak cass)
Pic Stats are as follows:
60 min Lum total (6x10min subs)
16 mins each R,G,B (3min20sec subs X5)
QHY-9 at -25 degrees with TEC running at 20-30% power.
no darks or flats have been used (yet)
Stacked in ccdstack and photoshop curves edited.
let me know what you think, especially any improvements with the color processing! :D

The QHY9 and Lum filter sure does pick up those nice fine details of the neb well.

Sensational image. You nailed that one, colours, tracking , focus, details.
Very nicely done. That's the first image I have seen from a 10 inch GSO RC. Impressive.

Very nice and smooth. nice FOV and tight stars. The colours look very natural to me.. :)

Thanks guys! Im looking forward to getting some more shots with this setup also. After the trials of collimation im almost happy with it now. :)
