skywatcher goto update help

Hello everyone.

I have a good friend who has the 2.0 firmware for his eq6 goto. Can he update it over the internet to 3.27?

I doubt it mate, hell have to download it, then install it to the mount as the HC doesn't have any internet connectivity.
