Alpha Centauri - Double arm drive - 72 seconds Canon Kiss (1000D) 55mm EF-S. Adjusted white balance only. I liked the contrast with the clouds rolling through. Took some additional lights and darks of other parts of the sky, mainly learning the processing techniques.

It does. The best yet is 22 mins with no apparent trailing, excluding 5 mins to verify alignment and a further 10 mins or so unattended after the shooting cycle - about 37 mins at Zenith. I'm not sure about the validity of the focal length of the Canon G9 during that session, but 6x optical plus 2x teleconverter is getting up there. If my GEM performs any less, I think I will be disappointed - but you cant mount an 80mm refractor on a double arm drive with ease.
