The Eagle nebula from last night before the clouds rolled in :mad2:
Taken with the QHY9 on the ED80.
10X5 Minutes Luminance.
7X90 Seconds RGB each.
Needs more exposures but ehhh i thought i post it anyway.

Did a Sidonio on it already for those that don't like red ;)

Nice one. :thumbsup: It's hard to get in RGB at that FL as it's always swamped in the star field and everything bloats. You got some nice details though.

Nice one Martin. May be worth reducing the stars a little in IP. It does a good job. As a work in progress I look forward to seeing the finished result. You are certainly working that little ED80 Hard. Beware of cropping to hard it tends to make the stars look a bit bloated or is it the red wine? I wish I could get some clear skies up this way. Might have to come down to Melbourne. LOL

Nice one Martin :thumbsup: Definately the higher res is the only way to view this one and I like the sidonio version too with the red backed off a little:thumbsup:
