A few nights back I did Eta Carina with the 300mm lens from Bert. Used home made aperature stop down to f5, LPS filter and 10x10 mins ISO400.

last night I imaged the very faint planetary nebula K1-22 in Hydra. This time my 10 inch f5.6 newtonian used, LPS filter, MPCC coma corrector. 8x10 mins ISO 400.

WoW! Love the colours in that Eta shot. Very smooth. Beautiful! :thumbsup:

I like both shots. The Eta is particularly pleasing as it shows some nice sandy looking star backgrounds which looks great.
