Going through a Moon phase lately and i noticed in the latest edition of Aus S&T a new book by Steve Massey titled "Exploring the Moon" looked interesting and i picked up a copy for the modest price of twenty bucks .
Looks pretty neat , intro and general info about the moon , a day by day account whats visible , info about scopes, imaging etc.Look forward to spending some time using it :) .

yeh i've seen it, and added to my "birthday present list" for my wife, should anyone who's coming to my party ask what to get me :)
Looks like a good read, and for $20 is the right price.

I've had it for about a month now. I find its great for identifying lunar features as the terminator moves across the moons face. I also like the images of major features in both waxing and waning phases. A great help when trying to decide when to photograph
Hi ;)
Big W have that book for about $13...good value

Isn't it always the way. Somebody always gets 'it' for less somewhere else. :P

I've had my copy for a few months, now. Bought from Kmart - I think the price was about $13. I thoroughly recommend it - very good value for money! It's good to see a book that has maps of the moon the right way up for those in the Southern Hemisphere.
