This object wa sperfectly placed last night, crossing the meridian not long after dark. Conditions were great, excellent seeing and good transparency. Moon brightened the sky later but I got 2 hours 10 mins in anyway. Only downer was the night wasnt very cold, leading to some thermal noise.

13x10 mins, ISO400, LPS filter. MPCC coma corrector, Hutech modded 350D, 10 inch f5.6 newtonian, off axis hand guided as usual.

nice job on that one! thats one that Fred would be interested in :) though it might be a little too big for his FOV.

That is an unusual Planetary, well captured Scott. Thanks for the view.

The Sky6 shows this is actually 2 planetary nebula, with PLN 261+8.1 mag.=13 size = 0.6'x0.6'

Another cool planetary Scott, nice. It reminds me a bit of NGC 5189 in Musca.

You and Fred are the Planetary neb boys huh? I like that you can capture some sky around them too though, Fred persists with imaging through a drain pipe  ....gets some detailed close ups though

Thanks all, yes, I love planetaries, no 2 are exactly the same, and from a cosmic timeframe, they are quick bloomers, there and gone in the blink of an eye.

A top image Scott, this one has a very interesting shape to it.
