Hi
From a hot, humid and mosquito infested back yard in Brisbane, in-between storms and drenched in dripping humidity, here is an image of Eratosthenes from Sat 10th Dec.

Thanks H0ughy & Striker
You're correct about the seeing Dave, it has been pretty ordinary in Brissie, and quite humid eh Striker!
Still worth getting out though, to learn the tips and tricks with the new C9.25 and the ToUcam.
Cheers

Good shot Dennis, considering the humidity !
It is pretty much like that here most of the time at the moment.
Last Sat was the exception, might not see that again for months !
Outside now 30deg Humidity >90%.

How do you guys keep fungus and stuff off your optical surfaces? My Vixen 70S guide scope and Pentax binos have fungal growth and it’s been relatively cool and dry in Brissie for the last few seasons, until now that is. :cold:

I keep Bino's & Eyepieces inside in the A/C.
It means we have the opposite problem than down south.
We have to wait for the optics to "Warm up" before we can use them !
