Hi,
Have decided to sell my eq6 Synscan mount INCLUDING tripod, but including 2 counterweights, synscan handset etc for $600.
The mount has been problematic for long focal length imaging, but fine for under 1 meter imaging. It has been converted to belt drive on the RA axis and currently tracks at an accuracy of .5 - .6 arc seconds rms.
The condition is a bit rough (paint scratches, and some plier marks :-) as it has been taken apart and put together a number of times. I also fitted a pot to adjust the polarscope illumination.
Prefer local pickup if possible as I don't have any packing. I'm in Sydenham in Melbourne.
