Having bought an Argo Navis, I'm now selling the device that I was going to run my David Ek DSCs from.

For sale is one Palm Lifedrive PDA, details of which can be viewed at http://www.palm.com/au/support/lifedrive/

I've owned this for about a year. The Hitachi 4GB Microdrive has been upgraded to a 4GB Sandisk Compact Flash to provide much increased speed and battery life. For details of this upgrade refer http://how-to.wikia.com/wiki/How_to_replace_microdrive_with_comp actflash_in_Palm_LifeDrive

Included in this sale...

Registered versions of several applications,

1. Astromist, full planetarium with DSC support, http://www.astromist.com/
2. Megalaunch, excellent program launcher, http://www.megasoft2000.com/product.php?division=palm&product=MegaLauncher
3. Billiards, a favourite game, http://www.megasoft2000.com/product.php?division=palm&product=Billiards
4. Aero Player, and excellent MP3 player, http://aeroplayer.en.softonic.com/palm

plus a few other freeware apps, like palm DSC and a couple of games.

Original Palm Lifedrive Software CDs for both Windows and Mac.
2GB Sandisk SD card for additional storage, giving a total of 6GB.
Docking station plus powered USB cable for synchronising from your desktop/laptop.
Leather wallet for full protection whilst providing access to all controls.
Metal wallet that was to have been mounted on the my scope to hold the Lifedrive.
Unit has no scratches and runs perfectly.

In view of all the inclusions, both hardware and software, I'm asking $120 plus postage from PC 3444
Any questions please PM me.

Cheers
Chris

Hi Chris,

I am interested in this item. I am a new user to this forum, unsure of what PM you (private message?) means.

Can you tell me how much better (in terms mainly of battery life) the modified Lifedrive performs?

I have inherited a Lifedrive and can see the potential, and limitations. I would consider buying your modified version if performance gains are worthwhile.

Regards,

Graham.
