Did anyone in Adelaide feel that! Not much on a global scale but it was enough for me to head for the back door. Nice rumble!
Already has 2000 fans on facebook only 8 minutes ago.

Yep Steve, it was a beauty eh....
I'm in the dome at the moment.
It woke my wife, she came outside and asked me if
I felt it.

Yep, it's been a while since I felt a tremor like that, 20+ years or so.
I notice Geoscience Australia's web page is down as I am sure lots of folk are trying to get information. I can't believe how quick the news spread via facebook. It was there I found a link to the first news item:

What size was it??
Probably one of the shallow faults jostling around a bit.

Yep. thought it wouldn't be more than 3 at all but still sent a shiver up the spine. I found the mag 3.2 from the newsolio web page - source is geoscience aus.

So far I've seen reports putting it as high as a 4! Gave everyone a good rattle, I bet.

3.8 is the official. I was saying around 4. So I was fairly close, just a couple more points and it would have been. Reasonably active in Adelaide but mostly just little stuff. The last one I felt was in 94, shook furniture and all but was around 4.4 I think at the time.

Felt it here in the Barossa Valley too! Thought it was thunder to start with.
according to news reports, its epicentre was around 100km from Adelaide CBD.
