G'day all,
After NACAA last week we spent 4 nights at Thredbo, 3 days hiking. Hopefully I'll get a series of shots up here over time, but only two right now...

Great shots!
Certainly is another beautiful part of the country. Seeing these trees in the snow is a treat as well, their rich colour contrasted against the white snow.

the first one is awesome.
I agree, the first pic is gorgeous - snow gums have such a graceful beauty. Thredbo and surrounding area is beautiful.

Beautiful pics. The snow gums are fabulous, bright reds and yellows are a real feature. The snowies are a gem for panoramas both above and below the treeline. Your's is a fabulous example, so much wide open space and long horizons. Good job.

I like 'em Roger! Are you going to have a go at them during a golden hour sunrise or sunset?
Baz.

Back home in Perth now, so unable to :) While there it didn't work out being out at those times unfortunately - cloud, rain, unwell wife, etc :( I was hoping to do some startrails while in the snowies, but didn't work out - no stars!

no no .. just a cold :) .. in recent times we've had this annoying habit of whenever we travel one of us gets sick. She was the unlucky one this time.
