Web Cam

I am interested in putting a Web Camera attached to the weather station and my website:)
Anyone any ideas as to weather proofing and mounting of said camera.
We had clear weather here at Cambroon:) on Saturday yet down the coast it was cloudy so a number of people did not turn up and others who where not coming,but after talking to me changed their minds and enjoyed a BBQ and some reasonable observing:D
If I had the Camera people could see that the weather can be so very different up here:)

If the Jaycar enclosures are the same as the ones proliferating on campus they seem to be tinted. OK for normal lighting but would they be useful for what you want. I assume they are waterproof (not just chainsaw proof) but you still need to provide a suitable base.

An underwater camera box??

Ahhh, even as I type an idea forms.... The workshop recently made some holders so the biologists could photograph fish. It was basically some PVC pipe, perspects panels, O-rings and long bolts. If you like I could get the design.

Some good ideas so far :) the Redcliffe one seems a little bit expensive to me and pretty convoluted:shrug:
I like the dome Idea but as you say it will need a mounting system.
