Well i have been chasing this area of the sky for a few weeks now and i thought last night i would give it a try ,but early in evening i was just chasing fast clouds until after midnight where i managed to get 2hrs 20mins iso400 350d not cooled ,it was still 18deg ,using 10"newt f/4
uvir filter and mpcc processed in photoshop.

great shot, only things i can say from this neck of the woods is it looks a bit washed out like the histogram has been pushed up to far. try a bit of levels and maybe colour match though PS CS3 if you have it.

My gosh that was quick ,yep it did make a difference b/g is a lot smoother and not as bright
