Welcome Dalton. That's a Tasco 40-114675 model.

See here (http://www.scribd.com/doc/11827347/Tasco-Telescope-Manual) for a manual. You can download it although the copy is a bit...rough!

Hi George,
I highly recommend you purchase a copy of Sky and Telescope. It's has an all sky map as it's centre fold. You'll find it easy to use, just hold it above your head and play match the stars. There'll be plenty of easy to find objects marked on the map.
Happy Hunting!

:hi:Welcome to IIS George.

I think jjj may have been a penguin in another life

Download Stellarium www.stellarium.org (http://www.stellarium.org) it is great. Put in your town or lat/long and it will show you what star, planets and constellations are up. Saturn is in the northeast and is beautiful in the telescope.
