I have a broken bino that has a snapped focusing bar thingy... I tried glueing it with hot glue and wood nail and drilling a hole and putting in a bar to support it but none works?? suggestions?? I need some suggestions quick cos i want it to be fixed before Saturday SAS meeting

Ouch! Do the eyepieces just flop around now? Of course, you only need one focus point for yourself - infinity. If you can get them to that point and fix them there (duct tape! rubber bands!) you might be functional?

Why not take it to the SAS meeting and get someone to show you how to fix them securely?

I'm one of them shy people that has trouble talking to people face to face with out stuttering or fading in and out of conscience... i usually take a plunge when i go to kfc and stuff... cos i know im gonna get a reward... so i was hoping to avoid that. But i'll do it if its the only option...
All my binos have a strange way of not working! One of my other bino has to eyepiece?(i don't know what happened) and the other one the lense fell out!!
It's a very handy and trustworthy bino and im not ready to give up on it yet!

A relatively cheap pair, I take it?
Might be a DIY job. Carefully dismantle and try to replace the broken plastic rod with a piece of wooden dowel. Yes, a bit rough, but might get you functional. That is only if the magic of superglue doesn't work on the broken plastic rod.

i tried glue but it won't keep both eyepieces on the same level and ones out of focus and one in
