Hi all, Got this image last night with the Moon only 30 degrees away, so will have to try again when the sky is darker, as this object isn't much brighter than the sky glow. Captured with 6 x 15 minute exposures at iso 800, with 14" at f6.3. Very humid conditions, so had to use the hir dryer a few times to help the Kendrick keep the corrector dry.

Very good result considering the conditions. That's a faint one and you want to try imaging it at the zenith when it comes back.

That's not too bad considering the situation.

Thanks Trevor, Frank and Alan for your comments.

Conditions were very calm, so ideal for dew.

Hi Lester,

Thanks for posting your image.

Only last week a group of us were comparing the view of it between 18", 25" and 30"
scopes so it was most timely.

Hi Gary, Wow, to look through scopes that size would be fantastic.

All the best.
