This needs a larger aperture and more time to do it justice, but this
will have to do for this year.

:eyepop: That is so nice Tom. There's a bit of everything in there, all types of nebs and dust. Great colors.

Lovely Tom!. actually imaged this last month with the 40D. I shall post it shortly on IIS. This one is much overlooked by it`s neighbors.

Brilliant. The 3d depth is amazing. The stars in your images always look so natural, round, with depth (as opposed to pasty white circles!). :)

Definitely a target for the N12 Tom... Looks beautiful all the same, but more aperture always helps..

Hello Peter,

I have been using Ray Gralak's AP160 located at New Mexico Skies -- borrowed for the last few months.

I had been thinking this man(Tom) needs to post a bad image just to prove he's human to us mere mortals...so this is it...your bad image.

Still not convinced you're human.
Nice one Tom.

just amazing the dark nebulae are so nice dark and yet not too contraty as they also reveal the subtle gray areas
just amazing stuff
