Hello everyone,
The Black Hole Society will be holding a public observing night on 27 March, from 7pm onwards, to coincide with Earth Hour.
BHS is a student run astronomical society in the Australian National University. Besides observing nights, we also hold public lectures by professional astronomers, as well as numerous other functions throughout the year. I hope to use ISS to keep everyone updated on our events.
The observing night will be located at Fellow Oval in the ANU, we encourage anyone to come along to the event. We also welcome any amateur astronomer from Canberra to bring along their scope and help us share the night sky with others.
Hope to see you there,
George
