I have just had a nice couple of hours Observing with my 20cm SCT for the first time in a long time:)
I observed Mars and Saturn as well as M42 and environs before spending some time Polar Aligning the scope again as it was taken out of the observatory when I went away on my Trip to the west.
I now know how much I miss working in the observatory instead out among the dew:) even though the 16" makes up for it:D
Just managed to get the roof closed before a sharp shower of rain:)
Don't you love just closing the roof instead of rushing to get a cover on the scope:D
Bring on the cold clear nights again:thumbsup::astron::stargaze:
