Is there a barambah camp coming up for autumn?
I wanna make sure I have nothing conflicting with it.

Good on her. It may well be the last chance to see them in the wild.

There is a rehab sanctuary at sepilok (http://www.sabahtourism.com/sabah-malaysian-borneo/en/destination/32-sepilok-orang-utan-sanctuary/) so not wild apes. A number of her friends have adopted an ape (http://www.orangutan.org.au/index.php?id=86) and Deb wants to go see them:) I worked around the area quite a while ago and don't really want to stay there too long. You can do a day trip by air from the captial, Kota Kinabalu, which would suit me. I prefer to stick to the larger centers/hotels while in Asia :)
