Heres a close up of the larger of the two filaments and a mosaic showing both on the western side of the disc.

Truly amazing images Dave, I am always struck by the depth of detail in your images.

Good stuff Dave - this will be a great scene if the filament makes the limb!

Thnx again Folks......
Dave its what i call my trusty PST-B90 made of
1 - PST box (ie the pst without the gold tube) hence the "B". Some people do away with the box too and just use the filter
1 Celestron C100ED refractor F=910mm so about f/9
At the front a Baader DERF 90mm to kill all those harmful rays
My camera is a DMK21, various Celestron, meade and TeleVue barlows, Losmandy G-11 mount (though I have a CG-5 thats just as good), ASUS 901 notebook- this has a (small) solid state hard drive which is much quicker at downloading videos than the standard HDD. Think thats it.
Matt hope so. bet it'll be cloudy if it does though:D
